In our tele-connected prayer on August 1, people from all over the world joined together to focus prayer energy on the Middle East. Afterward, we discussed how we can amplify our personal Prayer and creative effectiveness in the world.


With the current cease-fire agreed to, continue to visualize that all those who are participating in the tensions and conflicts move into their best and highest wisdom, where a lasting peace can be realized. Also, we also ask that those who have been harmed or who have had loved ones harmed are comforted in their time of crisis, and that the awareness of the world grow into a place where conflicts are actively resolved.

If you possibly can, join with us as we continue to beam light toward the Middle East and other crisis areas. After a time of group prayer, discussion will focus on 1) amplifying our personal spiritual conenction, 2) dealing with personal challenges, 3) clarifying intuitive guidance, and 4) using prayer power in our
personal lives.

Instructions on the shift - what to do & expect July 16 -18

Hi everyone,

The "shift' is coming up here soon and many of you have asked for instruction on how to handle this and what to do. The following is what I have sent you before. Just for your info. After this info, there are instructions from Metatron on how to handle this.

Metatron, the Archangel of the Presence, whom I have channeled for five years now, informs us in recent channels, that July 16-18, 2006 is a monumental time. Energies will be entering Earth's orbit that will infuse us with more light than ever before. This infusion will be felt all over the world! This infusion is like a traveling energy, traveling through our galaxy and passing through Earth. This "energy" is intense light. It is not the bright light you are used to seeing. Metatron calls it "The Energy of Light." Photon energy.

As you have seen, Earth is "heating up" and is getting ready for her own ascension and rebirth. Climate changes are evident everywhere. Our world is changing and we are to change with it.

Briefly, Metatron says that this "Energy of Light" is like a comet. It is a "group or band" of energies set in motion long ago by Father, Mother, God. Unlike a comet that is solid, this band of energy is not necessarily seen or detected - kind of like the wind. But it will be FELT by people and especially electrical systems. As this band of energy passes by and through Earth, electrical interruptions are possible.

Here are things you might expect during these three days and some time afterward (especially in those not as evolved):

1. Electrical interruptions in the "power grid", therefore power outages here & there.
2. Slight dizziness experienced by some people.
3. A flu-like feeling in some.
4. A sense that time has changed - that it is moving even quicker now.
5. Animals acting strangely - agitated or just listening and watching.
6. Breathing shallowly can occur in some people.
7. Tingling in Third Eye for some.
8. Various vague feelings of uneasiness in many people as the old "issues" resurface.
9. Sleeplessness or oversleeping
10. Periods of just wanting to not do anything at all

What is happening is that we have also hit upon a "wrinkle" in time. In other words, time as we know it has taken a leap forward, ignoring the laws of nature we are accustomed to. So, time will change again. It will move even more quickly but you will be able to handle this.

Here is how: write down 20 things you wish to release now. You know what you are ready to let go of. 20 is a lot, but we all need to be as free as we can be! After you have written the 20 releases, write down at least 20 things you want now.

On each day of the shift you will be guided as to how many and which of the 20 items to release. Trust your knowing on this. You WILL know. So, each day you probably will release 6 or so items. Releasing means you think of each item, send it to God in your own way. (put it in a bubble, have an Angel take it, etc.) After you have sent all your 20 items, look at your other list of 20 items you desire. Command them to manifest for you. Send them to God to be taken care of and manifest for you.

During the shift, listen to your self. If you need to rest, rest. If you feel like being active, be active. Just do what you want to do from your inner self. Go about your work life as usual, but in your alone time, just do WHAT YOU WANT. Your inner guidance will kick in and you will know.

Metatron informs us that many light workers will feel like "moving". This means you will want to be active, take a trip, DO something. Light workers will be "activated" during this shift. Your powers will increase: healing, intuition, all your abilities at least 300 percent! so, greater healings for your clients, bigger intuitions by you. So, hold on, release your issues and be ready for the new!

Be good to yourself, do something good for others. Many of you will feel like really "serving" after the shift. You might be thinking of how to make a living doing your true work. You might be wanting to really make a difference in the world and finding the way to do this.


This is a kind "cosmic" boot for all of us. We are asked to get off the fence, DO SOMETHING to help the world. Even if it is sending emails.

Be kind to you and do some one thing that assists others during the shift. Small things count and so do big ones. Stand in your pillar of light and state that you are here to matter - make a difference. Spirit will take care of the how to's.

With all the attention on the anticipated act that will remove the last cabal, do not forget to concentrate on your own development. This may be the end of their reign, but it is the beginning of the most exciting period in your life, indeed it will be extraordinary. You have expectations, because along with the many teachers we have prepared you for this time.

You will be overjoyed to find that the changes proceed at a very rapid pace. They will exceed your visions of what you have imagined, as it will be an incredible journey that will take you into the higher realms. The plan is to move along very quickly, and events will happen simultaneously across the world. The size of the challenge is formidable by your standards, but with our unlimited capabilities and resources all will proceed satisfactorily.

An important factor will be to keep you fully informed as to what is taking place. To this end we shall ensure that there are communications through the various media outlets. We shall have our own channels that are operated directly from our craft and our information will go worldwide. There will naturally be some doubts as to our motives, and we will need first to clearly explain why we are here. Particularly as many will have only heard of our existence just prior to our arrival.

Apart from assisting you and Mother Earth to prepare for Ascension, you may wonder how far our help will extend. It will be complete as far as the restoration of Earth, and help bring the new one into existence. These actions are as necessary as your own growth in consciousness, to bring the new You into being. There is much to learn at a spiritual level so that any misconceptions are removed. The most important fact to note is that you enjoy infinite life and immortality.

Whatever way you view the completion of this cycle, understand that everyone will move on to exactly the correct level for the continuation of their evolution.

It should also be pointed out that any person incarnating at this auspicious time, would have known in advance what opportunities presented themselves. There is not a single soul that will not have gained by experiencing these end times. This dimension in duality offers the quickest path to advancement through your experiences. As hard as it may be to handle the challenges thrown at you, it is also the most rewarding one to be in. Nowhere else could you evolve at such a fast rate, and as you are immortal you may wonder why there appears to be some urgency in our comments.

The fact is that there is no pressure upon you to hurry your evolution, which is why provisions have been made for those who remain in the 3D vibration. The Creator’s plan is perfect, and allows for your choice in accordance with the freewill granted to you. The urgency if any is to ensure that those desiring to ascend do not lose sight of their goal. It is sometimes easy to get distracted, and at worst experience doubt and falter in your preparations. Whilst you have a lot to do, at the same time immense support will be given. Each stage of Ascension will be carefully explained, and it will present no problems to you. Many Beings will follow us after First Contact, and many will also be identified that are already amongst you who will take the positions of leadership.

What will delight you is the way the vibrations will rise up after the dark energies are cleansed from the planet. You will notice the difference, as the higher vibrations will energize you and bring you an unparalleled feeling of peace and harmony. At the same time your body will be changing as it goes into the final stages of cleansing, which started for some of you many years ago. It will be easier to lift yourself up after the lower energies are transmuted.
You will have many wonderful experiences, as you are introduced to the Angelic Beings that will travel with you on this journey. Oh yes, they certainly exist and their soul is as yours and a part of the Creator. They are powerful yet represent all that is gentle and caring, and have nothing but love for you all. You have already had angelic protection through your time in this cycle, and many will get to know their personal Angels. The Masters will attend to your spiritual evolution, and it is most essential that you move up with a clear understanding of your place in spirit. The Truth Is, and there is no more time for anything but the truth to be taken with you as you ascend.

Be ready in your mind to accept that you have had many lives experiencing all manner of beliefs, worshipped many different gods and fought for them. Now you will put those experiences in their place to serve you another day. Nothing is lost that serves others, and that is your destiny. One God answers to whatever name you wish, and has always been at your side regardless of how far you have strayed. One God that is All Love to each and every one of you.
These present times are playing out their last acts of duality. Let them run to their natural conclusion and know the end is near. You really do not have much longer to wait, and what is a little more time to ensure the perfection of the final acts against the whole cycle you have been through. Rather than become impatient or frustrated, look at the positive gains that await you. Think further ahead, and begin to taste freedom and release from the stranglehold of the dark. Your day is coming, and what joy and celebrations we shall all have.
